- 120g Dark Chocolate (54% cocoa)
- 110g Butter
- 150g Sugar (slightly less than 1 cup)
- 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
- 70g Flour (a bit more than ½ cup + 2 tbsp)
- 30g Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
- 80g Yogurt (2 tbsp, not too watery)
- 1 packet Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Heat the oven to 225°C.
- Melt Butter and Chocolate:
- Melt the butter and add chocolate, stirring until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
- Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, mix cocoa, flour, baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
- Wet Ingredients:
