- 150g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 packet of Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 120ml Sunflower Oil
- 120ml Kefir (3.2% fat)
- 1 tsp Red Food Coloring
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 300g Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
- 100g Butter
- 100g Powdered Sugar
- 1 packet of Vanilla Sugar
