  • 185ml hot full-fat milk
  • 125ml canola or neutral oil
  • 200g packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg (55-60g / 2oz)
  • 300g dark chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
