Ingredients: Base:

  • 2 packets of cocoa biscuits (250g)
  • 250 ml milk (1 cup + ¼ cup)
  • 3-4 tablespoons chocolate chips

Middle Layer:

  • A handful of hazelnuts

Top Cream:

  • 2 packets of whipped cream powder
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup ice cream (vanilla or Maraş style)

Instructions:

  1. Crush the biscuits into powder and moisten with milk to a slightly runny consistency. Add chocolate chips.
  2. Spread the biscuit mixture in a 20-22 cm springform pan or a small dish lined with overhanging cling film. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  3. Whip the cream until fluffy, then add ice cream and whip again. Spread this mixture over the biscuit base.
  4. Optionally, decorate the top with melted chocolate.
  5. Freeze for 2-3 hours before serving. For a softer texture, remove from the freezer a bit before serving or keep at +4°C after freezing.
