  • Ingredients:
    • 500g strawberries, plus 2 tablespoons sugar
    • Approximately 100g ladyfinger biscuits (half a package)
    • 500g low-fat quark
    • 250g mascarpone cheese
    • 100g sugar
    • 400g whipping cream
    • About 22-24 coconut-flavored treats

Method:

  1. Puree the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Briefly dip the ladyfingers on both sides into the strawberry puree and lay them in a dish or individual serving glasses.
  3. Smoothly blend the quark, mascarpone, and sugar. Stir in 200g of the whipping cream and whip the mixture for 1-2 minutes until creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 200g of cream until stiff and fold it into the mixture.
