60 grams (4 tbsp) unsalted butter
5 fresh peaches, sliced
100 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

95 grams (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour
100 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
10 grams (2 tsp) baking powder
3 grams (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
2 grams (1/2 tsp) ground nutmeg
5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
113 grams (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
79 ml (1/3 cup) milk

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Place the skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Once melted, reduce the heat to low and add the sliced peaches, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir the mixture for 6-8 minutes until the peaches soften.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined. Gradually mix in the milk with a fork until the mixture forms a cohesive dough.

Using a medium-sized ice cream scoop, distribute the batter evenly over the peaches in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the batter turns golden brown and has set.
