  • 10 g instant yeast
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g milk powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 8 g salt

  • 50 g room temperature butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 15 g oil

Method:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, milk powder, and sugar using a wooden spoon. Add the egg and warm milk, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Then add the butter and salt, and continue kneading for another 8 minutes.
  2. Let the Dough Rise: Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  3. Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix the butter, honey, and oil together. Use this mixture to grease the bottom and sides of your baking pan.
