Ingredients:
- 115g unsalted butter, melted
- 150g light brown sugar
- 115g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 180g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g chocolate chips
