  1. Ingredients:
    • Dough:
      • 1 cup warm milk
      • 1 egg
      • 3 tablespoons melted butter
      • ½ sachet instant yeast
      • 2 tablespoons sugar
      • 1 teaspoon salt
      • 3.5 cups flour
    • Cream Filling:
      • 300g labne cheese
      • 1 egg
      • 3 tablespoons sugar
      • 1 sachet vanilla
      • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • Topping:
      • Strawberries
      • Egg yolk mixed with 1 teaspoon milk (for brushing)
      • Powdered sugar for serving

    • Mix all ingredients except flour and salt. Gradually add flour, kneading until smooth, then add salt. Let the dough rise.
    • For the cream, whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate.
    • Divide the risen dough into 8 pieces. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
    • Use a glass to form a well in the center of each bun (press firmly).
    • Brush the edges with egg yolk and milk mixture.
    • Fill the wells with strawberry sauce and then the labne mixture.
    • Decorate with strawberries.
    • Bake at 180°C (356°F) until golden.
    • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
