  • 5 eggs
  • 50ml of oil
  • 10g of cocoa powder
  • 50g of cake flour
  • 60ml of milk
  • 50g of sugar

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30g of sugar
  • 30g of milk
  • 10g of gelatine tablets
  • 250g of mascarpone cheese
  • 150g of heavy cream
  • 10g of sugar

  2. Mix in 5 egg yolks.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 5 egg whites with sugar until stiff.
