Ingredients:

  • 400g unsalted butter, softened
  • 500g light brown sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 550g plain flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 400g white chocolate chips
  • 28 mini Kinder bars
  • 300g Nutella

Instructions:

  1. Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla.
  2. Mix in flour and bicarbonate of soda. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  3. Press a third of the dough into an 8x8” or 9x9” tin.
  4. Layer with Kinder bars and spread Nutella.
  5. Repeat layers, finishing with cookie dough on top.
  6. Bake at 160°C (fan) for 35-40 minutes. Edges should be golden brown; the center will be wobbly.
  7. Cool in the tin and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing.
