- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 250g flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 100ml yogurt (strained, room temperature)
- 100ml cream (room temperature)
- 145g butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 345g sugar (mix of brown and white)
Cheesecake Layer:
- 300g cream cheese
- 100ml cream
- 1 large egg
- 85g powdered sugar
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 heaping tbsp flour
Optional Ganache:
- 100ml cream
- 80g chocolate
Instructions:
- Prepare Cake: Mix cocoa, chocolate, coffee with hot water. Blend dry ingredients. Combine cocoa mixture with yogurt and cream. Cream butter and sugar, add oil and eggs. Combine with dry ingredients, pour half into a greased pan.
