    • 60ml almond milk
    • 30g vegan protein powder
  • For the Frosting:
    • 300g dairy-free yogurt
    • 60g vegan protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oven and Tin:
    • Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F). Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Banana Bread Batter:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, dairy-free yogurt, nut butter, and coconut sugar until smooth.
    • Gently fold in the vegan protein powder, flour, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda until just combined.
