Ingredients:

  • Cookie Cup:

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and prepare a mini muffin pan.

  3. Sift in flour, protein powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, and salt. Gently combine.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
