- 50 g (4 ⅓ tablespoons) vegan butter

- 120 g (4.2 oz) vegan dark chocolate
- 100 g (3.5 oz) vegan block butter
- 150 g (⅔ cup) soft brown sugar (or alternative sweetener)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 70 ml (⅓ cup) non-dairy milk
- 120 g (1 cup + 1 tbsp) ground almonds or almond flour
- 60 g (⅔ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 100 g (½ cup) vegan chocolate chips
- 90 g (3.2 oz) vegan marshmallows, cut if large

- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and line an 8" square pan with parchment. Process graham crackers/cookies with vegan butter until sticky. Press into the base of the pan and refrigerate.
- Make Brownie Batter: Melt chocolate and vegan butter in a bain-marie. Combine flax eggs, sugar, vanilla, and milk with the melted mixture. Whisk ground almonds, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold wet ingredients into dry, then stir in ¾ of the chocolate chips.
