White Chocolate Pistachio Latte

Ingredients:

  • White Chocolate Pistachio Sauce: 150g heavy whipping cream, 40g slightly crushed pistachios, 113g white chocolate.
  • Iced White Chocolate Pistachio Latte: 1 tbsp. pistachio paste, 2 oz. brewed espresso, 6 oz. milk, 1-2 tbsp. white chocolate pistachio sauce.

Instructions:

  1. White Chocolate Pistachio Sauce:
    • Place white chocolate in a bowl.
    • In a sealed bag, lightly crush pistachios.
    • Heat crushed pistachios and cream until simmering, let sit for 10 mins.
    • Reheat to a simmer, then strain over white chocolate. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Iced White Chocolate Pistachio Latte:
    • Coat a cup with pistachio paste and fill with ice.
    • Drizzle 1 tbsp. sauce into the cup, add milk.
    • Pour brewed espresso over milk. Stir and serve.

Note: Store remaining sauce in the fridge for up to 1 week.
