3-Layer No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Rich, creamy no-bake bars with a graham cracker crust, peanut butter fudge center, and chocolate ganache topping.

Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter

Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Ganache Topping:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter or heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix crust ingredients. Press into parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Chill.
  • Mix fudge ingredients until smooth. Spread over crust. Chill again.
  • Melt chocolate and peanut butter until smooth. Pour over top layer.
  • Chill 2–3 hours or until firm. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter only if it's well-stirred and not oily.
  • Swap graham crackers for crushed pretzels or Biscoff for a twist.
  • Keep chilled for best texture and clean slicing.
