Cake Batter
- 3 room temperature eggs
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 cup (200ml) sugar
- 180ml sunflower oil
- 180ml milk
- 2 tbsp strained yogurt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 50-100g chopped hazelnuts
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 cups (200ml each) flour
Apple Mixture
- 3 green or red apples
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp sugar
- A handful of raisins
Crumble
- 75g room temperature butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 10 tbsp flour
Instructions
- For the cake, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add oil, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, baking powder, and flour to make the batter. Stir in hazelnuts. Pour into a greased 28cm cake pan.
- Peel and thinly slice apples. Mix with sugar, cinnamon, and spread over the cake batter. Sprinkle raisins on top.
