Apple Nut Cake with Dark Chocolate

Ingredients:

50g dark chocolate
125g butter
75g sugar
2 eggs
125g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50g ground nuts
1 teaspoon rum
3 teaspoons milk
1 large apple

Apricot jam
Approximately 100ml cream
Instructions:
