  • 1.5 cups (230 g) of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 cups (250 g) of grated carrots
  • 1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts

  • 100 g of cream
  • 100 g of labneh or cream cheese
  • 3 heaping tablespoons (45 g) of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
