  1. Ingredients:
    • Cake:
      • 3 eggs
      • 1 tea cup sugar
      • ½ tea cup milk
      • ½ tea cup vegetable oil
      • 1 packet vanilla
      • 1 packet baking powder
      • 1 cup flour
      • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • Chocolate Ganache:
      • 200g cream
      • 200g couverture chocolate
    • Topping:
      • 1 tea cup cold milk
      • 1 tea cup whipped cream

    • Add milk and oil, mix for 15 seconds.
    • Sift and add the dry ingredients, folding gently with a spatula.
    • Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F).
    • Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then invert.
    • For the ganache, heat the cream to just before boiling, then add chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth. Pour over the cake.
