For the Crust:

  • Crushed Graham Crackers: 80g
  • Melted Unsalted Butter: 35g

For the Cheesecake:

  • Softened Cream Cheese: 200g
  • Heavy Cream: 120g
  • Sugar: 50g

  • Egg Yolk: 1
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
