Ingredients:

- 175g dairy-free yogurt
 - 100g maple syrup
 - 100g nut butter
 - 200ml almond milk
 - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 - 300g self-raising gluten-free flour
 - 50g vegan vanilla protein powder
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
 
 - For the Filling:
- 6 tsp strawberry jam (store-bought or homemade)
 
 - For the Buttercream:
- 300g dairy-free yogurt
 - 80g vegan vanilla protein powder
 
 
Instructions:
- Prepare for Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F). Line two round cake tins with parchment paper.
 
 - Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dairy-free yogurt, maple syrup, nut butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.
 
 - Combine Dry Ingredients:
- Fold in the gluten-free flour, vegan protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and bicarbonate of soda into the wet mixture.
 
 - Bake the Cake:
