    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg, and baking powder to form a smooth dough.
    • Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix quark, sugar, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, cornstarch, oil, and vanilla sugar.
    • Add eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated.
  3. Assemble:
    • Roll out the dough between two pieces of baking paper.
    • Grease a 26 cm springform pan and press the dough into the base, smoothing it out with your hands.
