  • 70g Powdered Sugar

For the Oatmeal Cookies:

  • 110g Butter
  • 100g Light Brown Sugar
  • 60g Granulated or Golden Sugar
  • 30ml Milk (Unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice at room temperature)
  • 100g All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Corn Starch
  • 185g Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the butter and powdered sugar using an electric whisk or a paddle attachment until fluffy and creamy.
  2. Add in the soft cream cheese and vanilla extract. Continue mixing for an additional minute until well combined. Set aside.

Oatmeal Cookies:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter using an electric whisk until soft and smooth.
  2. Add in both sugars, mixing for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Ensure you scrape down the sides to avoid any lumps.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture.
