- 145g sugar (just under one cup)
- 110g butter (at room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 250g flour (2 cups + 3 tablespoons)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon or orange zest (optional)
- Your choice of dried fruits and nuts (raisins, dried blueberries, chopped almonds, pistachios, etc.)

Instructions:
