- 30g sugar
- 50g chocolate shavings or drops
- 2 bananas

- 150ml cream
- Banana chips
- Sparkling cocoa

- Prepare the Sponge:
- Cream together butter and sugar until light. Gradually add eggs, beating well.
- Mix in sifted dry ingredients, then stir in milk just until combined.
