Ingredients: For the Cake:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (240 ml)
  • 1 cup flour (240 ml)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the Cream:

  • 1200 ml cream (whipping cream)
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 packets cream stabilizer
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates

For Decoration:

  • Shaved white chocolate
  • White chocolate

Instructions:

  1. For the cake, beat eggs and sugar for 5-6 minutes. Mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa in a bowl. Gradually sift and fold into the egg mixture. Pour into a springform pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 30-35 minutes. Let the cake cool and slice into 3 layers.
  2. For the cream, whip the cream, sugar, cocoa, and stabilizer until thick.
  3. Moisten the first layer of cake with some milk, spread a layer of cream, and sprinkle with crushed Ferrero Rocher. Repeat with the second layer.
  4. Place the final layer on top, moisten with milk, and chill the cake for 2-3 hours.
  5. Remove from the fridge, release from the springform pan, and cover with the remaining cream. Use a spatula for a smooth finish.
  6. Decorate the edges with shaved white chocolate. Use a piping bag to decorate with the remaining cream.
  7. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.
