Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Genoise:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 20cm cake pan with parchment paper.
    • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar for 5 minutes until the mixture triples in volume.
