Ingredients:

  • 350 grams of ground biscuits
  • 130 grams of melted butter
  • 130-150 ml of milk (for biscuit base)
  • 400 ml + 100 ml milk (for pudding)
  • 2 packets of chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate spread
  • 100 grams of butter (for filling)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1-2 bananas
  • Juice of half a lemon (to prevent banana discoloration)
  • 1.5 packets of orange-flavored cookies
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 120 ml of heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base by combining ground biscuits, melted butter, and milk. Press this mixture into a 26 cm diameter cake mold.
  2. Slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange over the biscuit layer.
  3. For the filling, bring 400 ml of milk to a boil (add sugar if preferred). Mix 100 ml of milk with the chocolate pudding mix, then add to the boiling milk and cook until thickened.
  4. Transfer the pudding to a bowl, stir in the chocolate spread, and allow to cool.
  5. Whip the filling by beating the cooled pudding with butter. Fold in whipped cream and divide the mixture in half. Spread one half over the bananas.
  6. Briefly dip the orange-flavored cookies in warm milk and arrange over the first layer of filling. Cover with the remaining filling.
  7. For the ganache, heat heavy cream and dark chocolate until the chocolate melts, then pour over the cake.
  8. Refrigerate for several hours until set, ideally overnight for best flavor.
