Ingredients:

  • Cake:
    • 180g self-rising flour
    • 40g cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
    • 75g sugar
    • 240g dairy-free milk mixed with 1 tsp vinegar
    • 50g dairy-free yogurt
    • 50g neutral oil
  • Chocolate Sauce:
    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 200ml dairy-free milk

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease an 18cm cake tin.
  2. Combine the dairy-free milk and vinegar, setting aside to thicken.
  3. Stir in the other wet ingredients.
