Ingredients for White Chocolate Cookie Dough:

  • 100g Butter
  • 100g Light Brown Sugar
  • 100g Granulated Sugar
  • 270g All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 60g Greek Yogurt
  • 30g Milk (any kind)
  • 100g White Chocolate Chips
  • 50g Blonde Chocolate (Dulcey chocolate), chopped

Preparation Method:

  1. Begin by melting the butter in a mixing bowl. Once melted, add both sugars and whisk together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Incorporate the yogurt and milk into the butter and sugar mixture, blending thoroughly.
  3. In a separate container, sift together all the dry ingredients—flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix these into the wet ingredients until a cohesive cookie dough forms.
  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chunks of blonde chocolate, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press additional chocolate chunks on top for an extra touch of sweetness. Refrigerate the dough for 1 to 2 hours.
