  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding mix
  • 500 ml of cloudy apple juice (200 ml used for the pudding)
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 100 grams of slivered almonds
  • A small piece of butter

Topping:

  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 400 ml of whipping cream
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of cream stabilizer

  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions:
