Ingredients:

- 200g self-raising flour
- 50g vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 150g sugar
- 240g dairy-free milk mixed with 1 tsp vinegar
- 65g dairy-free yogurt
- 50g oil
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- Icing:
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 ½ tbsp dairy-free milk
