Ingredients:

  • Cake:
    • 200g self-raising flour
    • 50g vegan vanilla protein powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
    • 150g sugar
    • 240g dairy-free milk mixed with 1 tsp vinegar
    • 65g dairy-free yogurt
    • 50g oil
    • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Icing:
    • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
    • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
    • 2 ½ tbsp dairy-free milk

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan setting) and grease a 1lb loaf tin.
