For the Cake:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar

  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 cups flour

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 packet pastry cream
  • 1.5 cups milk

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cake:
    • Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
    • Add the milk and vegetable oil, and mix well.
    • Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder, and continue mixing until the batter is smooth.
    • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
