  • 1 pack ready-rolled vegan puff pastry

  • 160ml plant milk
  • 200g coconut milk (from a can)
  • 65g caster sugar
  • 18g cornflour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • Zest of one orange

  • 50g raisins
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
