  • 1 tea glass Milk (room temperature, glass size: 200 ml)
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tea glass Vegetable Oil
  • 1 packet Baking Powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar

For Moistening the Cake:

  • 1 tea glass Milk

For the Cream:

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar

For the Ganache:

  • 1 packet Cream
  • 150 g Chocolate

Additional:

  • 14 mini Bananas or 7 regular Bananas, halved

Preparation:

  1. Cake: Whisk eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add oil and milk, mix gently. Sift in flour and cocoa, fold in carefully to keep the batter airy. Pour into a lightly greased rectangular baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Cream: Combine milk, sugar, flour, and cornstarch in a pot. Cook while stirring until it thickens. Add butter and vanilla, let it cool. Once cool, add a packet of whipped cream powder and whip with a mixer.
  3. Assembling the Cake: Once the cake has cooled, moisten it with a tea glass of milk. Spread the cooled cream over the cake. Arrange banana slices on top.
  4. Ganache: Heat the cream in a small pot. Add chocolate, stir until smooth. Gently pour over the bananas, being careful not to disturb their arrangement.
  5. Final Touch: Decorate as desired. For best results, let the cake rest for a day before serving.
