Ingredients:

  • 17.6 ounces Mascarpone cheese
  • 1.7 cups whipping cream
  • 2 packs of whipped cream stabilizer
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Ladyfingers, as needed
  • Strong brewed coffee, cooled (for dipping ladyfingers)
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Begin by whipping the cream with the stabilizer and sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the Mascarpone cheese until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Prepare your springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy.
  4. Lay the dipped ladyfingers in an even layer at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Spread half of the Mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the Mascarpone layer.
  7. Spread the remaining Mascarpone mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers.
  8. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
  9. Before serving, carefully remove the cake from the springform pan and place it on a serving dish.
  10. Sift cocoa powder over the top of the cake for that classic Tiramisu finish.
  11. Optionally, you can decorate the edges or top of the cake with piped whipped cream for an elegant touch.

This Eggless Tiramisu Cake is a delicious alternative to the classic dessert and is sure to be a hit at any gathering. Enjoy the rich and creamy taste without the use of eggs. Buon appetito! ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ
