  6. Combine the walnuts, chocolate wafers, biscuits, and condensed milk in a deep bowl and mix well.
  7. Retrieve the mold from the refrigerator and evenly distribute about 20g of the cookie mixture into each cavity, pressing down with the back of a spoon.
  8. Melt the remaining 200g of white chocolate and pour over the cookie mixture, tapping the mold gently to ensure even distribution.
  9. Melt the dark chocolate and transfer to a piping bag.
