    • 325g self-rising flour
    • 50g vegan vanilla protein powder (or extra flour)
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
    • 150g sugar
    • 360ml dairy-free milk (such as almond)
    • 50ml lemon juice
    • 90g dairy-free yogurt
    • 50g neutral oil
    • Zest from 1 lemon
  • Frosting:
    • 200g dairy-free cream cheese
    • 100g dairy-free yogurt
    • Zest and juice from 1 lime
    • 50g vegan vanilla protein powder

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease two cake tins.
  2. Mix dairy-free milk with lemon juice and set aside to thicken.
