- 2½ cups self-rising flour (270 g) or regular flour + 10 g baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate spread
- 1 cup oil (180 ml)
- 1 cup sugar (200 g) + 5 tbsp sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 7 large eggs, separated
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1½ cups boiling water (240 ml)
