Ingredients

  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 80g cornstarch
  • 80g desiccated coconut
  • 120g vanilla-flavored powdered sugar
  • 60ml milk
  • 8g vanilla-flavored baking powder

  • 50g white chocolate
  • Desiccated coconut, as needed

Instructions

  1. Blend the ricotta with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the cornstarch and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously.
  4. Fold in the desiccated coconut.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 20cm cake pan lined with parchment paper.
