- 1 cup less a bit sugar (150g)
- 1 packet cream (200ml)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 packet vanilla

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp butter / 50g
- 1 packet cream
- 1 cup Pecans (or walnuts/hazelnuts)
Instructions:
- Base Preparation:
- Mix all base ingredients to form a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Cheesecake Filling:
- Thoroughly mix Quark, sugar, cornstarch, cream, oil, and vanilla. Gradually add eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Assembling the Cheesecake:
- Roll out the dough between two baking papers. Grease a springform pan and lay the dough inside, pressing evenly.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C on the second rack from the bottom for 60 minutes. Don’t remove the cheesecake immediately; let it cool in the oven with the door ajar for 30 minutes before transferring to the fridge.
