- 1/2 cup (120g) of sour cream, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100g) of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Zest from one lemon
Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1 cup (180g) of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (31g) of all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons (85g) of melted unsalted butter
