  • 16 ounces (454g) of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (120g) of sour cream, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (100g) of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Zest from one lemon

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1 cup (180g) of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (31g) of all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons (85g) of melted unsalted butter

Method:
