200 g of sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of cornstarch (Maizena)
Zest of 2 limes
Juice of 2 limes
Note: Use a 17 cm circular mold (up to 20 cm maximum). If the mold is larger, the cheesecake will be flatter. You can adjust the recipe quantities if needed.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Add cornstarch and mix until smooth and lump-free.

Bake for 35 minutes.
