    • Vegetable Oil: 50g
    • Milk: 50g
    • Cake Flour: 60g
    • Granulated Sugar: 50g

  • Butter Cream:
    • Unsalted Butter (softened): 80g
    • Sugar: 50g
    • Heavy Cream (room temperature): 280g
  • Topping:
    • Milk Powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cake Base:
    • Separate eggs, keeping the whites chilled.
    • Mix vegetable oil, milk, and egg yolks in a bowl. Gradually add cake flour.
    • Whip egg whites with lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sugar to soft peaks, then fold gently into the yolk mixture.
    • Pour batter into a lined 28x28x2.6 cm baking tray. Bake at 302℉/150℃ for 30 minutes.
    • Cool the cake and slice it in half.
