    • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Yeast Mixture:
    • Warm the water, milk, and sugar in a mixer (TM) at 37 degrees, level 2, for 2 minutes. Dissolve the yeast in this mixture.
  2. Make the Dough:
    • Add flour, egg, and sunflower oil to the yeast mixture. Knead in the mixer on dough setting for 3 minutes.
    • Transfer the dough to a large bowl, cover, and let it rest for 2 hours to rise.
  3. Assemble the Rolls:
    • Roll the dough on a floured surface to a 30×30 cm square.
