  4. Bake the Cheesecake:
    • Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes on the second rack from the bottom.
    • After baking, let the cheesecake cool in the switched-off oven with the door slightly open.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Leave the cheesecake to infuse in the fridge overnight.
