      • 85 g of kefir
      • 1 egg
      • 45 g of vegetable oil
      • 105 g of flour

      • 5 g of baking powder

      • 80 g of cherries
      • 20 g of sugar
      • 10 g of cornstarch
    • For the cream cheese frosting:
      • 450 g of cream cheese
      • 90 g of powdered sugar

    1. Cream the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then add the vegetable oil and mix well. Gradually incorporate half of the sifted dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, and baking powder).
