  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • Gradually add the ice-cold water and mix until the dough comes together.
    • Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Apple Filling:
    • Peel and dice the apples into small pieces.
    • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Cook until caramelized.
